Dokie Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and NEX INNOVATION PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us”, or “Company”), governing your access to and use of Dokie and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, including registering an account or clicking “Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.


2. Description of the Service


Dokie is an AI-powered presentation creation tool that enables users to generate content based on text prompts and other inputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:

3. Eligibility and Account Registration


(1) To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register or log in using your email address, or through a third-party authentication provider, such as Google Login.You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.


(2) You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create an account and use the Service. By doing so, you represent that you have the legal capacity to consent to data processing and to be bound by these Terms.


(3) If you are under eighteen (18), you may access and use the Service’s free features; however, you may only enter into paid subscriptions or purchases with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


(4) By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria or where false information has been provided.


4. User Content and AI-Generated Outputs


(1) Ownership of User Content
You retain ownership of all text, data, and materials you upload, input, or submit through the Service (“User Content”).
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such User Content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dokie, our officers, directors, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

The Service generates content based on User Content and third-party AI technologies.

You retain ownership of your User Content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the AI-generated outputs produced for you through the Service.


Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership interest in the Service itself, including its software, models, algorithms, system design, workflows, or underlying technologies.


We may collect and use aggregated and anonymized usage data related to the operation and performance of the Service for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Service. Such data does not identify you and does not include your personal information as defined in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable data protection laws, as described in our Privacy Policy.


(4) Limited License to Dokie
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, and use your User Content and related AI outputs solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

6. Payments, Subscription and Refund


(1) Payment Processing via Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. When you make a purchase through the Service, you provide your payment information directly to Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.


By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

You further authorize us and Stripe to share your payment information and transaction instructions with one or more payment processors solely to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.

(4) Malicious or Abusive Refund Activity


We value fairness and transparency but reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reverse any refund in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct.

(5) Payment Disputes
Any dispute or inquiry related to payment processing, billing errors, or refunds must be directed to Stripe and will be handled in accordance with Stripe’s Terms of Service. We do not assume responsibility for any refund or chargeback dispute handled by Stripe or your financial institution.


7. Third-Party Services and AI Providers


The Service may rely on third-party services, including:



We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, or accuracy of third-party services or AI outputs. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property


(1) The Service, including all software, source code, AI models, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, workflows, templates and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors.


(2) Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Dokie’s intellectual property except for the limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.


(3) All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Dokie. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are created through automated processes and do not confer ownership of underlying algorithms, training data, or AI systems to you.


9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability


(1) The Service and all AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.


(2) We expressly disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.


(3) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:



In all cases, Dokie’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


10. Force Majeure


We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, cyberattacks, network failures, or governmental actions.


11. Termination, Changes


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited conduct.


Upon termination, your license to use the Service shall cease, and we may delete your data consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.


We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation.


If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.


The language of arbitration shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
