Thank you for your trust on the Dokie (hereinafter referred to as “Dokie”, the “Product” or “our Service”). Dokie is a presentation creation tool. As the operator of Dokie, NEX INNOVATION PTE. LTD (address: 1 Beach Road #03-01 Crasco Building Singapore, 189675 Singapore; contact information: support@dokie.ai) (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) respects your privacy and protects your personal information (hereinafter may referred to as “PI”). By formulating this Dokie Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”), we intend to explain to you how we process personal information at current stage and over the last twelve (12) months, and how you can exercise your personal information rights. Our Privacy Policy was updated on September 30, 2025 and took effect on September 30, 2025.

Please read this Policy carefully before you sign up for Dokie. In particular, please pay attention to the terms marked in bold to ensure that you fully understand the rules of our personal information processing activities. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when you click “consent” button of this Policy, you are deemed to consent to our personal information processing activities herein.

1. What Personal Information Do We Collect from You and How We Collect


The following are categories and fields of PI that we collect and the sources we collect from:


(1) There are two ways to register for an account on Dokie, one is use your Google account to register, in that case, we will collect your Google account information (that is Google email address). The other way is to register and log in to Dokie using your email address. The source of the aforementioned PI is yourself, which means you provide the PI directly to us.

(2) If you register and log in to Dokie using your Google account, we will collect your username and profile picture. The source of this personal information is Google, meaning we indirectly collect this personal information from you.


(3) When you activate Dokie, we collect your identifiers, including your browser UA related data(such as the type and version of the browser), Cookie ID, IP address, device model, and system information of the device you are using.The source of the aforementioned PI is your device, which means we collect the PI automatically from you.


(4) When you use Dokie to creat presentation, we collect data that you provide in the input to our Service, including your prompts and other content you upload, such as files, images⁠, depending on the features you use. We process your input data to provide and maintain our Services, for example to respond to your quires, to generate and output new content as part of the Services; and also for the security purpose, such as automatic screening illegal information about pornography, violence, or scams.The source of the aforementioned PI is yourself, which means you provide the PI directly to us.



The EU GDPR and UK data protection laws require a legal basis for our use of personal information. Our basis varies depending on the specific purpose for which we use personal information. We may use your PI for the following purposes:

3. How We Share, Transfer, Disclose and Sell Personal Information


(1) Share your PI
We may disclose your personal data to third parties in order to provide the products or services that you have requested. Categories of these partners or service providers and purpose of their data processing include:

(2) Transfer your PI
At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months we have not transferred your PI to any company, organization or individual.


Nevertheless, along with the future development, we may transfer your PI under the scenarios of merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy. In that case, we will inform you the name and contact information of the PI recipient and other information in relation to the PI transfer, and obtain your authorization. Also, we will require the PI recipient to continue to comply with this Policy and other data protection obligations. If the PI recipient changes the original PI processing purpose and method, it shall additionally obtain your authorization.


(3) Disclose your PI
At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months we have not publicly disclosed your PI. Nevertheless, we may disclose your PI according to applicable laws and regulations, administrative enforcement or judicial requirements.


(4) Sell your PI
“Sale” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months, we have not sold your PI with any company, organization or individual.
Nevertheless, if we sell your PI for business purpose, we will notify you categories of PI we sell, data recipients concerned and other issues that matter, provide you with the option to opt out this activity and ensure your benefits and rights in this respect.

4. Cookies


Cookies are plain text files stored on a computer or mobile device by a network server. The contents of a cookie can only be retrieved or read by the server that created it. Each cookie is unique to your web browser or mobile application. Cookie usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. We use cookies for the purpose of user login facilitation. When you sign up for this Product, we will record the username, Google email address, language preference and your portrait to store your preferences and settings and enabling you to log in.

5. Do Not Track


“Do Not Track” (hereinafter referred to as “DNT”) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, for the internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites. We take privacy and security very seriously and strives to put our users first in all aspects of our business. With regard to DNT, we currently do not respond to DNT signals in browsers.

6. How We Store Personal Information


Depending on the jurisdiction in which you are a user of, and subject to the special rules and policy of such jurisdiction, you understand and agree that we store your PI collected within this Product in the server located in the United States. And we strictly keep you PI confidential. We will retain your PI described in this Policy for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Upon expiration of the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your PI, unless it needs to be retained according to applicable laws and regulations.


Also, if we terminate operation of this Product, we will notify you in advance and delete or anonymize your PI, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or we are obliged to store you PI.

7. How We Ensure the Safety of Personal Information


We adopt appropriate security measures in line with industry standards to protect your PI, avoiding any unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, utilization, processing, or modification of the PI we collect. In case of PI security incidents, we will promptly inform you the following information by e-mail in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:


8. How We Protect Your Rights


In accordance with applicable laws and ethical principles, we guarantee you to exercise the following rights to your PI:


(1) The right to notice: you have the right to be notified which categories of PI are being collected and proposes of collection.


(2) The right to request correction: you have the right to request us to correct inaccurate PI that we maintain about you.


(3) The right to request disclosure: you have the right to request us to disclose information to you about our collection, use, sale, disclosure for business purposes and share of PI. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will disclose to you:



(4) Right to restrict processing: you have the right to request us to restrict processing of your PI. This means we can store your PI but cannot process it.


(5) Right of data portability: within scope permitted laws and regulations, you have the right to obtain your PI in a structured, commonly used, and machine readable format.


(6) Right of refusal: under the scenarios such as direct marketing, you have right to refuse our processing for these purposes.


(7) Right to withdraw consent: If you consent to our processing of your PI but later change your mind, you can withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing on that basis unless we have another legal basis to process your PI.


(8) Right to refuse automated decision: you have rights not to be bound by automatic decisions (if any), including user profiling. If these decisions will significantly affect your legitimate rights, you can refuse to be subject to automated decisions.


(9) The right to opt-out sale of PI: you have the right to direct us to not sell your PI, if we do.


(10) The right to delete PI: you have the right to request the deletion of your PI, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete your PI from our records, unless an exception applies. Nevertheless, under certain scenarios including but not limited to the following scenarios, we may deny your deletion request if retaining the PI is necessary for us to:

To exercise your rights listed above, please submit a request through support@dokie.ai. Under US Privacy Laws, you may also designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. Please note that to protect your PI and the integrity of our services, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. In some cases we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as your email address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. How We Process Children’s Personal Information


The definition of children might be different in accordance with applicable laws. For the purpose of this Policy, children refer to minors under the age of 16.
Our Service does not specifically target children, thus we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If you are parents or guardians and you are aware that your children use Dokie and provide us with PI without your permission, please contact us to terminate our Service to the children and delete their IP. Also, if we initially become aware that we have collected PI from children without parental consent, we will terminate our Service and remove their PI from our servers as well.

10. Application of this Policy


This Policy is only applicable to the information collected by us through our Product hereunder. Even if you visit a third party's website with our Product plugged in and use the services provided by such third party, the commitment made by the third party's privacy policy has nothing to do with our Product under this Policy. Please note that we have no control over the products, services or PI processed by third parties. The protection of your PI in the process of using third-party products or services does not apply to this Policy. This Policy also does not apply to any information you choose to provide to third parties. It is recommended that you consult or contact such third parties to obtain details about their privacy policies. If you find that these web pages created by third parties or applications developed by third parties are at risk, it is recommended that you terminate relevant operations to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

11. Update of This Policy


In order to provide you with better service and with the development of our business, this Policy will be updated. Without your consent, we will not reduce your rights and benefits under this Policy. We will issue an updated version through this Product and remind you of any updates to this Policy through announcements in the product or other appropriate ways. If you continue to use Dokie, you are deemed to accept the updated contents. Nevertheless, for material changes, we may explain it to you via email, pop-up windows, etc., and obtain your specific consent. Material changes in this Policy include but are not limited to the following situations:
